Before you register online, you must set up your account, as explained below.

First-time online customers need to begin by first setting up your account by clicking on the one of the activity links below. Once you have set up your account by entering all the required information, you are ready to begin your registration process. First, set up the "parent" (or account holder), then add all family members to your account.  Dawson County residents MUST list Dawson in the "county" field of the account holder; if left blank or if anything else is listed in this field, the system will consider you a "non-resident" and will charge you non-resident fees. All of this must be done PRIOR to add activities to your cart.

If you experience any problems with online registration, please call (706) 344-3646 during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM).  Most problems can be solved by refreshing your page or logging out and back in.

Returning Customers may log in and begin the registration process any time during the designated registration period.

Don't have internet access or a computer?  Not a problem!  We offer a walk-in registration period for all youth sports activities that we coordinate.  Walk-in registration periods for each activity are listed on the online calendar.

When can I register?

Registration dates and times are listed on the online calendar.  Information found on the online calendar is subject to change without notice.  Please check back periodically for updates or call us at (706) 344-3646 during office hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM).  Walk-in registration is not offered on weekends; however, the final Monday walk-in registration is open until 8:00PM.

Can I register if I do not live in Dawson County?

Most of our activities allow non-residents to participate while; however, a select few do not allow non-residents due to league or agency rules that govern the activities.  When applicable, an additional $40 fee will be added for any non-Dawson County resident wishing to participate.

What do I do if I miss registration?

A Wait List goes into effect the day after the advertised registration deadline. If you fail to register a participant during the designated registration dates and times, you may add the participant's name to the Wait List by calling (706) 344-3646 during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM).  If a spot becomes available for the participant to enroll in the activity, park administration will contact you immediately.  Adding a participant to the Wait List does not guarantee placement on a team. For youth sports, a required additional $20 Late Fee will be added into the total fees if the participant is called in from the Wait List and added to the activity.  For adult sports, a required additional $50 Late Fee will be added into the total fees if the team is removed from the Wait List and added into the league. This fee may not be waived.

Trying out for a school team?

If your child is trying out for a school team but would like to participate in a Parks & Rec. activity if he/she does not make the school team, please complete the registration process at Rock Creek during the designated WALK-IN registration period for the activity.  Payment will be temporarily waived until the results of the school try-outs are announced.  At that time, if your child does not make the school team, your registration fee will be collected.  If your child does make the school team, please notify the main office at Rock Creek to let staff know that you will not be participating in the Parks & Rec. activity.

PLEASE do not wait until the try-outs are complete; all registrations must take place during the designated registration period for the activity.  Waiting until after the registration deadline will result in your child going on the Wait List and does not guarantee placement on a team.  Registrations completed from the Wait List will incur an additional $20 Late Fee. This fee may not be waived.
