Job Title: Meals on Wheels Delivery Driver
Department: Dawson County Senior Services
Salary: $11.22 Hourly
Status: Temporary/Part-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for delivering meals to homebound and disabled individuals on a designated route in Dawson County on the Meals on Wheels program. Duties include maintaining daily log sheet of delivered meals, performing a variety of duties to assist with meal preparation, meals service, and clean up; including routine sanitation of equipment, food preparation and storage areas. 

Job Requirements:
Applicant must possess a valid Georgia driver license for the operation of the required vehicle and maintain a satisfactory driver’s history.  A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and the applicant must have the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.  Applicant must provide good customer service and have the ability to interact with people of all ages and abilities. Individual must be a citizen of the United States or qualified to work in the United States, have no felony convictions, and pass a background check and a drug screening.
